YONT uygulamasına hoş geldiniz. Bu uygulamayı kullanarak, aşağıda belirtilen kullanım koşullarını kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

1. Hizmet Tanımı

YONT, kullanıcıların yapay zeka komutlarını (prompt) düzenlemesine, değişkenlerle optimize etmesine ve cihaz içi Apple Intelligence özelliklerini kullanmasına olanak tanıyan bir verimlilik aracıdır.

2. Kullanım Şartları

Uygulamayı kullanırken aşağıdaki kurallara uymayı kabul edersiniz:

  • Uygulamayı yasalara aykırı amaçlarla kullanamazsınız.
  • Uygulamanın güvenliğini ihlal etmeye yönelik girişimlerde bulunamazsınız.
  • Yapay zeka özelliklerini kötüye kullanamazsınız.

3. Fikri Mülkiyet

Oluşturduğunuz ve kaydettiğiniz tüm içerikler tamamen size aittir. YONT, verileriniz üzerinde herhangi bir hak iddia etmez. Uygulamanın tasarımı, kodu ve markası ise YONT'a aittir.

4. Sorumluluk Sınırı ve Veri Güvenliği

YONT, yapay zeka tarafından üretilen çıktıların doğruluğunu garanti etmez. Uygulama, verilerinizi cihazınızda güvenle saklamak ve kopyalama sırasında pano izolasyonu sağlamak için en iyi çabayı gösterir; ancak cihaz ayarları ve pano paylaşım tercihlerinden kullanıcı sorumludur.

5. Ödemeler ve Abonelikler

Premium özellikler Apple App Store üzerinden sunulur; hem yenilenen abonelikler hem de tek seferlik "Ömür Boyu" satın alma seçeneği mevcuttur. Abonelik yönetimi, iptal ve iade işlemleri Apple'ın standart şartlarına tabidir.

6. Değişiklikler

Bu koşulları dilediğimiz zaman güncelleme hakkını saklı tutarız. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama üzerinden bildirilecektir.

7. Veri Setleri ve Lisans Koşulları

YONT uygulaması, Keşfet özelliği kapsamında iki açık kaynaklı veri setinden faydalanmaktadır:

Bu veri setleri; telif hakkı veya veritabanı hakları kapsamındaki tüm haklarından feragat edilmiş, ticari ve kişisel kullanım da dahil olmak üzere herhangi bir amaçla serbestçe kullanılabilen kamu malı eserlerdir. YONT, söz konusu veri setlerinin içeriğinden sorumlu değildir; içerikler olduğu gibi sunulmaktadır.

Uygunsuz bulduğunuz bir prompt'u doğrudan Keşfet ekranından şikayet edebilirsiniz (prompt kartına uzun basıp "Şikayet Et" seçeneği) — içerik akışınızdan gizlenir ve bize inceleme talebi iletilir. Dilerseniz yont@dzirambola.com adresine de yazabilirsiniz. Şikayetler incelenir; doğrulanan içerikler küratörlü veri setinden tüm kullanıcılar için en kısa sürede kaldırılır.

8. Kullanıcı Tarafından Eklenen Veri Setleri

YONT Plus kullanıcıları, Hugging Face üzerinden kendi veri setlerini uygulamaya ekleyebilir. Bu özelliği kullanarak aşağıdaki koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız:

  • Yalnızca CC0 1.0 Evrensel (Kamu Malı) veya eşdeğer bir açık lisans kapsamındaki veri setlerini ekleyebilirsiniz. Telif hakkıyla korunan, kısıtlı lisanslı veya lisans bilgisi belirsiz içeriklerin eklenmesi yasaktır.
  • Eklediğiniz veri setlerinin lisans uyumluluğunun doğrulanması tamamen kullanıcının sorumluluğundadır. YONT, eklenen veri setlerinin lisans koşullarını denetlemekle yükümlü değildir.
  • Kullanıcı tarafından eklenen veri setlerinden kaynaklanan telif hakkı ihlalleri, uygunsuz içerik veya diğer hukuki uyumsuzluklar nedeniyle YONT hiçbir sorumluluk kabul etmez.
  • Lisans ihlali veya uygunsuz içerik barındırdığı değerlendirilen bir veri setinin tarafımıza bildirilmesi hâlinde (yont@dzirambola.com), ilgili veri seti incelenerek en kısa sürede uygulamadan kaldırılacaktır.

Welcome to YONT. By using our application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Description

YONT is a productivity tool that allows users to organize AI prompts, optimize them with variables, and utilize on-device Apple Intelligence features.

2. Terms of Use

By using the app, you agree to the following:

  • You will not use the app for any illegal purposes.
  • You will not attempt to compromise the security of the application.
  • You will not abuse the AI-powered features.

3. Intellectual Property

All content created and stored by you belongs entirely to you. YONT claims no ownership over your data. The design, code, and branding of the app belong to YONT.

4. Disclaimer and Data Security

YONT does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated outputs. While the app uses advanced measures to protect your data locally and provides clipboard isolation features, the user is responsible for managing device security and clipboard sharing settings.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Premium features are provided via the Apple App Store; both auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time "Lifetime" purchase are offered. Subscription management, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple's standard terms.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via the application.

7. Datasets and License Terms

The YONT app incorporates two open-source datasets as part of its Explore feature:

These datasets have had all copyright and related rights waived and are freely available for any purpose, including commercial and personal use. YONT is not responsible for the content of these datasets; content is provided as-is.

You can report any prompt you find objectionable directly from the Explore screen (long-press a prompt card and choose "Report"), which hides it from your feed and sends us a review request. You can also email yont@dzirambola.com. We review reports and remove confirmed content from the curated dataset for all users as promptly as possible.

8. User-Added Datasets

YONT Plus subscribers may add their own datasets from Hugging Face to the application. By using this feature, you agree to the following:

  • You may only add datasets licensed under CC0 1.0 Universal (Public Domain Dedication) or an equivalent open license. Adding content that is copyrighted, under a restrictive license, or of unknown licensing status is prohibited.
  • It is solely the user's responsibility to verify the license compliance of any dataset they add. YONT is not obligated to audit the license terms of user-added datasets.
  • YONT accepts no liability for copyright infringement, inappropriate content, or other legal non-compliance arising from user-added datasets.
  • If a dataset is believed to contain infringing or inappropriate content, please report it to yont@dzirambola.com. We will review the report and remove the dataset from the application as promptly as possible.
